Birgit Graf has co-founded the law firm in 2003 together with Bernhard Schmeilzl. From 2005 on her focus shifted more and more towards working as an in-house counsel. Thus, she amicably left the firm in 2011. The amicable part is proven by the fact that, to this day, the firm is still named after her. Birgit occasionally still provides valuable advice as an external consultant.
